Cancellation Policy:

Clients who no-show or cancel their appointment with less than 6 hours notice in advance will be charged a fee of 100% of the service cost. ​​

 

Rescheduling Policy:

 

I believe in second chances. After a last minute cancellation or no-show incident, I will make every effort to reschedule the appointment to provide the client with the opportunity to receive the services they missed. This rescheduled appointment may be subject to a pre-payment of services prior to the appointment.
